Senior leaders at kwpx, Jodie Palmer and Dru Mincher, have left the independent creative agency, AdNews can confirm.
Palmer, based in Adelaide, was media director for almost four years and has been in agencies for close to 20 years.
Palmer moves client side to Beaumont Tiles as manager of media and integrations.
The movement has allowed for three internal promotions at the agency.
Mincher was Adelaide's head of growth for almost two years before moving to Perth and launching the agency's first Western Australia office for another year and a half.
Mincher orchestrated the merger of WA agency &Partners with SA agency kwpx, creating kwpx&partners in January.
Mincher leaves the agency at the end of September to join the marketing team at Perth Racing.
Palmer on LinkedIn thanked the agency and special clients such as RAA, Adelaide Fringe, Maxima Group and Credit Union SA.
"Today was my last day at kwpx Agency. A bitter-sweet time as I head off into an exciting new role, I leave behind an awesome team, amazing clients and friends," Palmer said.
"I am forever indebted to my media team who have worked so hard and are so clever, I already miss you."
Mincher on LinkedIn also thanked the agency.
"After 2.5 years working with kwpx Agency and helping establish kwpx&partners, I have decided to move onto the next challenge in my career," Mincher said.
"Thank you to everyone who helped make the transition from South Africa to Adelaide and then Adelaide to Perth such a seamless one.
"It has been an absolute privilege to meet so many incredible, dynamic people along my journey so far."
