Marketing studio Windsorborn has appointed Lauren Oswald senior paid media manager.
She has previously worked with some of Australia’s largest agencies, including Atomic 212º and Yogurt Digital.
Will Reynolds, managing director, said Oswald has the skills essential for Windsorborn's clients.
"Her understanding of our model - integrating performance, technology, and creativity is invaluable," Reynolds said.
“Lauren is one of those people who is obsessed with data and generating results. It’s critical that our paid campaigns drive ROI for our clients, as well as being able to flex and adapt to the other marketing strategies in motion.”
She will report to Benji Hugh, the head of performance marketing.
“After meeting Will and the rest of the team, I was really excited about the Windsorborn model. Working within a full-stack marketing studio allows us to address our clients’ business goals holistically. Plus they are a bunch of really great people," Oswald said.
She will be working with some of Windsorborn’s key clients including Findex, Reach Out and Teachers Mutual Bank.
