Gareth Fitzpatrick brings experience from creative agencies and in-house teams in London, Melbourne and Sydney, including Pepsi, AMEX, Tennis Australia, and Commbank.
Michael Knox, executive creative director, said bringing Ken and Gareth into the team continues the exciting period of growth and change Icon is experiencing.
"It’s great to have them both here and I’m looking forward to working with them and seeing what they’ll bring to our culture and work," Knox said.

"Merging communication, technology, and behavioural insights yields exceptional creativity and tangible outcomes," Painter said.
The creative duo will work across Icon’s growing technology and government client portfolio, including Meta, Salesforce, DFAT and the Department of Home Affairs.
