Google's managing director of Customer Solutions John Ball has exited the technology company.
Customer Solutions is the small and medium business segment of Google’s Global Business Organization.
Ball moved to start-up public sector consulting firm Scyne as its inaugural chief executive.
Elizabeth Fox has been appointed as replacement.
Fox has 20+ years of global work experience and since joining Google in 2014, she has held multiple leadership roles, most recently leading small business ad sales for Google Customer Solutions for Asia Pacific.
Fox said there's never been a more exciting time to be working in this space.
"Australian and New Zealand SMBs have shown great resilience navigating an increasingly dynamic environment, embracing new technologies and ways of working despite challenges," Fox said.
"Google Customer Solutions has a unique opportunity to further empower these businesses with the best of Google, including our AI-powered advertising tools and rich customer insights, to help them achieve their goals.
"I'm looking forward to getting started, and contributing to their success.”
