Jenn Thomas has been promoted to the director of marketing and membership at IAB Australia.
She previously served as the head of marketing and membership since joining the industry body at the start of 2019.
Before this, she worked as an integrated product commercialisation manager at was then Fairfax Media after six years at Yahoo, where she held roles including lead brand strategist and creative strategy manager.
She has also worked as an integration executive for the likes of Seven, ninemsn and Multi Channel Network.
In a post on LinkedIn, IAB Australia congratulated Thomas.
"After 4.5 years of working with our members, helping to significantly grow our member base, developing brand identity and consistency this promotion is well deserved. Jenn is an integral part of the team," the industry body said.
