IVE Group acquires Digital Logic

IVE Group has acquired Digital Logic Marketing Solutions, a Melbourne and Sydney-based digital and direct marketing agency.

The deal means IVE Group gains a better enterprise-wide marketing automation capability, encompassing the ability to provide advanced multi-channel marketing and digital transformation solutions.

IVE says the acquisition is part and parcel of its strategy to provide innovations to clients through integrated communications across print and digital.

Digital Logic provides data driven multichannel customer communications, giving its clients access to ways to develop “long-lasting customer relationships” through tools such as personalised email, mobile, social, web, video and print media available via a central platform.

Kalido CEO Joel Norton said: “The acquisition of Digital Logic further enhances the work we’re already undertaking with our clients around digital transformation. Digital Logic are experts in developing effective life cycle customer journeys, and deploying marketing automation to deliver highly personalised and targeted communications – an offering that is perfectly suited to our diverse client base.”

Digital Logic CEO Paul McGarity said clients are keen to integrate channel management to improve efficiencies and allow more effective, accountable communications with their customers - through their channel of choice.
