Multinational mobile virtual network Circles Life has been working on an AI to help improve customer service.
"Today you get to meet it. Please note, this is not the final product, we are still in very early stages and there is a long way to go. But we wanted to share the status of the project with you all. Our head of Marketing interviews advanced AI with cultural specificity capabilities."
The interview is due to be released globally April 1, 2023.
