How would you describe what the company does?
We provide our customers the platform to allow the management and monetisation of their video inventory.
What do you do day-to-day?
Ensure we respond to our customers’ needs promptly and support them to achieve their business goals.
Define your job in one word:
Service.
I got into adtech because:
Of my interest in the influence of public communication and innovation on society.
What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role?
Staying on top of ongoing changes in a dynamic industry.
What’s the biggest industry-wide challenge you’d like to see tackled?
A new robust measurement framework to trade and report on video inventory.

Euro RSCG Digital, M&C Saatchi and Fairfax Digital.
Who has been a great mentor to you and why?
My husband Shane who has always provided objective and sound advice.
Words of advice for someone wanting a job like yours?
Have a sense of humor and integrity. Be open minded and have a positive attitude towards changes.
If I wasn't doing this for a living, I'd be:
Learning how the rest of the world lives.
My mantra is:
Be true to yourself.

Can’t think of one that I am not subscribed to.

Again can’t think of one – we’re a tight team and I am an open book.
