Mel Roberts, managing partner Ikon Melbourne, is stepping down.
Her last day will be 30 September.
However, WPP's Ikon Communications says she will remain closely associated with the agency in a consulting role.
Roberts, the former head of Totally Awesome, joined Ikon in 2018 as agency director
Lesley Edwards CEO, Ikon Communications, thanked her for leading the agency.
“Mel’s passion is client leadership and she has decided the time is right to move into a client leadership role where she believes her skills are best suited," says Edwards.
"I applaud her for pursuing her passion and am excited she will remain part of our team and take on a role consulting to Ikon.
James Sawyer, Managing Partner, Ikon Sydney, will extend his remit to take on the role of acting Managing Partner Melbourne.
