I.M.A acquires Proof Communications

B2B marketing consultancy I.M.A has acquired independent business writing services agency Proof Communications.

The acquisition further deepens I.M.A’s strategic capability offering, integrating Proof’s 25 years of experience in writing, tender development, annual report proofreading and professional content.

Proof will retain its own brand in market but assume a co-branded position, with all staff and clients remaining with the expanded agency. The acquisition provides Proof clients with an end-to-end B2B marketing offering.

I.M.A COO Laura Tesluk said she is pleased to announce the deal with Proof.
