HERO wins Circles.Life! pitch

Circles.Life, one of Asia’s leading digital telcos, has appointed independent agency HERO to evolve the brand in  the Australian market.

The competitive pitch was an integrated response and saw HERO agency win the regional and local remit to define global brand strategy and creative platform.

Circles.Life revolutionised the telco landscape in Singapore when it launched in 2016, achieving the highest net promoter score and a record high market share for a digital telco.

It is now wants to replicate the success in Australia where it runs on the Optus Mobile Network, with 4G Plus coverage
available to 97.3% of the Australian population and 3G coverage to 98.5% of the population.

The Circles.Life appointment caps off a number of recent high-profile new business wins for HERO, including Henkel, Toyota, Microsoft, Maybelline New York and v2food.
