Havas Group has acquired Bastion Brands, an independent health communications agency.
Bastion Brands, founded in 2012 by Simon Davies, will integrate into Havas Health & You (HH&Y), the global health network.
Commercial details of the acquisition haven't been revealed.

Bastion Brands, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney and a growing footprint in Southeast Asia, has been a strategic partner of Havas Health & You since 2019, working closely with Havas Village Australia partners.
Its unique approach is blending "science and emotion" in its communications solutions targeting health care professionals.
