Virginia Scully, who has served as the people and culture director for Hatched for the last six years, has announced she is leaving the media agency.
After a total of eight years - including the last 12 months spent as managing partner of people, Scully announced on LinkedIn that it is with "mixed emotions" that she has decided to "change gears".
"I am taking a break and will look to explore new opportunities in the coming months," she said.
"I am proud of what we achieved together, and I am grateful for the opportunities I've had. I will miss the extraordinary people I've worked alongside and remember the lessons I've learned.
"For the remainder of this year, I plan to have interesting conversations, shout coffee, walk and have a laugh with like-minded folk.
"I will be forever connected to Hatched. A special thanks to Jack Byrne and to all of those I worked closely with (you know who you are) I am proud to call you friends, the best in the business, imperfect, humble and real - not the type you come across every day at work. Thankyou."
