Insights consultancy Hall & Partners, part of Clemenger Group, is expanding its research leadership with seven appointments across its Sydney and Melbourne offices.
The appointments include three new partners, with Alex Hodgson joining from Fiftyfive5 and Alison French and Liz Sparham joining as partners in the consultancy’s Social and Government Team.
Alex Hodgson will lead Hall & Partners’ qualitative offering for Commercial clients and work alongside managing director Elodie Myers.
“To reunite with Alex is a dream. She is one of the sharpest thinkers in the industry, and her incredible energy, and genuine care for solving client problems is inspiring. We are thrilled to have her on board and she has already made an impact with many of our clients,” Elodie Myers said.
Both Alison French and Liz Sparham are joining the social and government team as partners.Alison Hodgson joins from Whereto and will lead Hall & Partners’ Social and Government team’s qualitative arm.
“Alison is one of the foremost thinkers in social and government research. Her passion and deep expertise in behaviour change are already a vital asset for us. Her approach draws from the influence of lived experience, culture and societal norms on Australians’ attitudes and behaviours,” Elodie Myers said.
Liz Sparham is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher and an expert in deliberative engagement techniques. Joining from Woolcott Research & Engagement, Liz will provide strategic insights to her clients across the energy, water, education and training, health and aged care and local government sectors.

Hall & Partners’ Sydney team is also embracing the addition of Janelle Fandialan from Fiftyfive5 and Fifth Dimension, while the consultancy’s Melbourne team has increased its expertise with Nick Bowles and Laura Dowdall-Masters both joining from Verian Group.
Hall & Partners has also hired Olivia Frires to head its operations. Frires comes with over a decade of project management and operations experience across Australiaand the UK, including at Hall & Partners UK.
