Business management consultancy GrowthOps has merged digital ad agency GO Digital with ad agency Khemistry.
Led by managing director Susan Lyons and general manager Jo Millington, the merger combines the strategic, creative and production capabilities of Khemistry with the technology, customer experience and research centre of GO Digital. Effective 1 July the restructure will not result in any redundancies.
Clint Cooper, GrowthOps CEO, said recent client wins has led to this change in business structure.
"It’s a strategic restructure that represents the beginning of a new era for GrowthOps," Cooper said.
“While there’s already extensive collaboration across the group, particularly between Khemistry and GO Digital, the changes will provide clients with a truly seamless experience.”
GrowthOps has also created a new specialist performance marketing business, led by Neguin Farhangmehr, to bolster and unify some of the group’s key capabilitie in affiliate marketing, paid media, SEO, SMS and email. It is a comprehensive digital marketing solution to generate greater growth for the Group’s clients, and align more closely with GrowthOps Asia’s performance marketing business.
