Digital consultancy G Squared has been appointed by online marketplace Gumtree to drive search and deliver improved customer experiences
Gumtree appointed G Squared following a multi-agency competitive pitch, with the Sydney-based independent tasked with managing search engine optimisation through organic search, as well as identifying opportunities across key verticals to grow site traffic and conversions.
“Gumtree operates in a competitive marketplace, so ensuring our strong online presence is maintained is a priority for the business," says Tudor Stefanescu, digital performance lead at Gumtree.

George Photios, director at G Squared, says Gumtree is an Australian institution used by one in four Australian internet users each month.

G Squared integrates paid media, SEO and web to drive business results. Its team of more than 70 work with clients including Mirvac, Mitsubishi Electric, Mate, Bunnings and Specsavers.
