Foundation Australia has revealed a new leadership line-up and structure, including several key promotions across the agency, following continued growth over the last 12 months.
Liz Wigmore, the newly appointed managing director who has been with the agency for over a decade, will be strengthening Foundation’s client relationships, accelerating its vision and overseeing the 50-person agency.
The new structure harnesses the power of collaboration with client and agency partners – accelerated by strategy, imagination, and media brilliance. The new structure is designed with client’s business and future media evolution in mind.
Foundation has recorded 20% year-on-year growth following major client wins such as the media accounts for Mercedes-Benz and Red Bull.
Multiple promotions have been made across Foundation’s leadership team as it builds towards its next stage of growth:
- Amy Carr - head of client collaboration: will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, while driving local client growth.
- Ashley Wong - head of digital, data and innovation: will manage Foundation’s core digital product and work to deliver on new and emerging digitised channels.
- Arum Nixon – head of product: will take ownership of Foundations planning product and lead the agency on the implementation of wider Omnicom tools.
- Louis Mayne - head of investment: will ensure the agency remains a trusted partner for clients, media and the wider OMG network.
- Kim Dolengowski - head of strategy: will work to expand Foundation’s offering beyond planning and buying, while building out the agency’s creative capabilities.
Wigmore said: “Our people, led by this incredible leadership team, are liberated to think bigger and draw outside traditional ways of working, as we look to provide clients with a new and tailored way of working with an agency partner.”
All appointments are effective immediately.
