Marketing advisory, strategy and analytics firm Forethought has announced three appointments, with Nicole Shoaei joining as director of financial services, Susan Snowball as director of healthcare and wellness and Anna Lorenzetto as associate director of communications.

Shoaei joins Forethought with 20 years’ experience across marketing, CX strategy and design, having arrived at the firm following a senior management role at Aware Super.

Snowball also has over 20 years’ client-side experience in the healthcare industry, including working for GSK, AstraZeneca and CSL in both Australian and overseas markets, while Lorenzetto is an experienced CX research and strategy practitioner, most recently serving as head of CX practice at Yarra Valley Water.

“Forethought is pleased to welcome Nikki, Susan and Anna who collectively bring 55+ years of client-side experience to the firm” said Darren Stein, Forethought’s global CEO.

“I firmly believe the best insights are uncovered and implemented through a combination of both organisational (technical expertise) and client-side experience (practical application expertise).

“Our most recent senior hires are highly experienced, client-side insights and customer experience practitioners – who complement our existing team greatly.”

Shoaei said: “I’m very pleased to join Forethought, a firm with such a strong reputation for rigour and using marketing science to drive customer and commercial outcomes.

“I'm passionate about helping organisations better serve their customers and using deep market insights to inform these strategies. Forethought is renowned for this work and I am pleased to now be a part of this firm along with Susan and Anna”.
