Ex-Initiative trio Melissa Fein, Sam Geer and Chris Colter have officially started their new roles at Accenture Song, AdNews can confirm.
Fein is now managing director of media APAC.
Geer is now managing director of media ANZ.
Colter is managing director of media strategy ANZ.
These appointments aim to significantly expand the group's local media services Accenture said at the time of the raid.
Mark Green, who is said to have sought out the trio, announced last week he is leaving Sydney and his local role running Accenture Song for New York to be the global CEO of Droga5, the agency founded by another Australian, David Droga.
The Monkeys and Accenture Song marketing practice lead ANZ Matt Michael said he's thrilled to have them join the team.
"The appointments support our promise to help our clients solve for growth and customer relevance through the integration of creativity, technology and media," Michael told AdNews.
"We will be able to share specifics about our media services and approach soon."
Mark Coad, the CEO of IPG Mediabrands, is currently running Initiative as interim CEO since July as the agency looks for replacement appointments.
Following these exits, other senior staff have been moving on from Initiative including managing director of Initiative Melbourne Sarah James, who was speculated to be in the running as a replacement.
National head of communications design Ryan Haeusler also exited after almost nine years with the agency.
Group business director Juliana Yeoh has also moved from Initiative after six years to Hatched this week.
