According to The Next Web (TNW), Facebook is testing a new browser that will make sure you never leave the app.
TNW says the social platform has reportedly been testing a new, more flexible, in-app browser that could mean users wouldn't have to leave the app while they look at web pages.
While the current browser only allows you to see a single web page and follow links to other sites, the new one would allow you to input other URLs into the search bar.
The alleged move would not only make dipping between apps smoother for the user, but could also see Facebook yet again, taking a bigger slice of the online data pie.
