Match Media has hired Matt Turl, formerly of ZenithOptimedia, and Louise Willmott, formerly of MediaCom, in two newly created positions as the business continues to grow.
Both Turl and Willmott join as group client partners with responsibility for managing existing clients and helping to expand Match Media's client base.
Turl has more than 20 year's experience in media, starting his career at Merchant & Partners, but spending the bulk of his career at ZenithOptimedia, both in Australia and Asia. He was most recently group business director at the company.
Willmott joined independent media agency Match late last year and has spent more than seven years at MediaCom, most recently as an account director in London and Sydney. Prior to that she worked at Starcom MediaVest in the UK.
James Simmons, COO of Match Media, said the experience of Turl and Willmott will help to strengthen the foundation of the company.
“As we continue to expand our focus is 100% on delivering for our existing clients and helping them grow,” Simmons said.
“For that we need to continue to evolve our structure and maintain everything that is good about Match. Matt and Louise have a huge amount of experience ... and we are thrilled to have them on board.”
