We look at our furry friends working across the advertising, adtech, marketing and media sector, shedding a light on these stars and how they help adland get results. This month we speak to production assistant, Friday, at The Monkeys.

Seven months.
How would you describe what the company does?
We make provocative ideas happen.

Hang in the kitchen waiting for snacks and annoy my friend Harold (pictured).

Fart producer.

Because Mum dragged me in.

Mum and the IT boys.

Group Chief Creative Officer aka Justin Drape or Scott Nowell. They get better snacks.

Can’t stop watching the lamb spots (drool) MLA “New Australialand”.
My best trick is?
Puppy eyes for snacks.

Time in current role/time at the company:
Six months.
How would you describe what the company does?
The humans at my company spend a lot of time on the phone, and rushing around the office with bits of paper.
What do you do day-to-day?
I like to start each morning with a team check-in. It’s important that I spend time on the floor making sure everyone is ready for the day ahead. Between desk naps and emergency meetings with the postman, I contribute to brainstorming sessions, staff meetings and client meetings – although it can get frustrating when my team doesn’t let me take the lead.
Define your job in one word:
Hungry.
I got into advertising because?
I’ve always been a people person, and media lunches are always a big plus.
Who is your right hand person/who guides you day to day?
The importance of hierarchy was instilled in me from a young age, so I’d have to say my owner has played a huge role in my development. Although I have some wonderful mentors here, I always turn to my owner if I’m not sure of anything.
Whose job have you set your sights on in the future?
I consider myself to be a very ambitious Cavoodle. If the opportunity arose to take a more active role in the agency, I would certainly be keen to explore it.
Where do you turn for inspiration?
Whenever I feel stress building, I take a look outside of my office window. You’d be surprised how much birdwatching can spark your creative energy.
My favourite advert is?
Dulux Easycare TV Ad – that guy really knows how to shake it up!
My best trick is?
Using my colleagues’ chairs to jump onto desks for quick naps.
Tell us one thing people at work don’t know about you?
I’m a real green paw; I love gardening and spending time in the backyard. I like to replant Mum’s roses and give them some fresh fertiliser to help them grow.
My Instagram handle is @milo.bear.the.cavoodle.
