Western Australian digital marketing agency Dilate Digital had acquired boutique agency Aligned Agency.

This strategic acquisition strengthens the agency's foothold in WA before expanding its operations nationally.

Dilate Digital founder and director Bodie Czeladka is enthusiastic about the acquisition.

"After knowing Hursh, his values, and his team culture for the last eight years, the decision to acquire Aligned Agency was a no-brainer," Czeladka said.

"Over the years, we have built a solid working relationship, supporting each other in what is normally a harsh competitive landscape.

"Joining forces was the next natural progression of an already uniquely positive relationship."

Dilate Digital director Tom Parker highlighted the strategic importance of this acquisition.

"Our strategy of integrating diverse talents and services under one umbrella aims to deliver comprehensive solutions that create real value for our clients," Parker said.

"Aligned's addition to our group strengthens our footprint here in WA, before we set our sights on national expansion with a strong focus on the eastern states."

Aligned Agency founder Hursh Dodhia-Shah shared his excitement about the acquisition.

"Joining forces with Dilate is a strategic move that aligns with our long-term vision of delivering more growth opportunities for our much-loved team and client base," Dodhia-Shah said.

"This collaboration not only strengthens our technical capabilities but also opens doors to new technologies, skill sets, and challenges, allowing us to say YES more often to our clients' evolving needs."

Dilate Digital, a team of more than 100 marketers and creatives, is the Oceanic Partner of the global xDNA group, a network of international digital marketing and software development companies across Europe and South-East Asia.
