DEPT wins Grill'd pitch

Australian-owned multinational casual dining restaurant chain Grill’d has picked global digital agency DEPT as its partner for creating digital experiences, following a multi-agency pitch.

Serving as an extension of Grill’d’s internal product, tech, and creative teams, DEPT has worked with the Grilld team to launch the company's new iOS/Android app. DEPT has also redesigned the Grill’d website.

Grill’d's head of digital and Relish, Anna Pearce, said the company was impressed with DEPT’s deep understanding of its business and the high quality of solutions.

"Their experience in QSR and eCommerce was especially relevant for us, and we look forward to working with them to elevate Grill’d to the next level of growth”, she said.

DEPT's partner and VP of growth, Evan Davey, said DEPT has admired Grilld’s impact-driven business for a while.

"We’re ready to push the Aussie burger market to the next level with a compelling, holistic digital solution for Grill’d that continues to engage their customers and impact the bottom line," he said.
