The liquidators of failed machine-led marketing platform Metigy have sold the Mosman mansion of founder David Fairfull before the auction date.

Two properties, for which the now bankrupt Fairfull took loans from Metigy to buy, are being sold.

The sale price for ther six-bedroom house at 2 Sirius Avenue, bought by fairfull for $10.5 million, isn't known.

Realestate.com.au reports: "Confidentiality clauses prevented agent Geoff Smith, of Ray White Lower North Shore, from giving any details around the sale."

However,  Realestate.com.au says industry sources suggest the buyers paid more than $10 million.

The next property due to be sold is 741 Wattamolla Road, Kangaroo Valley, for which Fairfull paid $7.7 million.
