Long-time managing director of cinema business Val Morgan Dan Hill has been promoted to CEO of the group.
In the newly created role he takes responsibility for the group's outdoor business VMO as well as cinema.
At the same time Anthony Deeble, former managing director of VMO, takes on the newly created role of chief commercial officer across the group.
The restructure is part of an effort to bring the two arms together as a more cohesive offering for advertisers.
It will also help bring scale to its growing data capabilities.
Hill says: “As technology and data continue to enable better outcomes in the media industry, Val Morgan’s cinema assets and its 100% digital out of home network are at the apex of providing brand building media solutions for our clients.”
