Full-service independent agency CX Lavender (CXL) has won Blue Mountains tourist attraction Scenic World and general practice allied health network InterHealthcare pitches.
CXL’s digital CX engagement will support Scenic World's evolving customer promotion, planning and the business’s growing commerce needs.
CXL will also support the digital transformation of InterHealthcare's clinics, including digital CRM, customer lifecycle and technical API, and platform development across its allied health partner practices.
Adam Washington, CXL CEO, said the agency has continued to deliberate investment in data science and technical development to ensure accountable end-to-end growth for clients.

Axel Moline, head of marketing at Scenic World, said the brand's global audience expects world-class digital customer experience.
