Independent communication and customer experience agency CX Lavender has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Georgina Thomas and KaLing Ng to the role of joint client services directors.

The promotions follow the recent appointment of Adam Washington as CEO and Craig Page as chief strategy officer. Thomas is a long-term CX Lavender employee, having been with the agency for 12 years, most recently as business head. Ng joined one year ago and has previously held senior roles at Richard Rose and Leo Burnett.

In their new roles, they join CX Lavender’s leadership team to helm its Business Management function, charged with the delivery of consistent client experience and results across the agency.

Adam Washington, CEO of CX Lavender, said: “Too often, an external orientation means agencies miss out on the benefit of promoting the best talent from within. Georgina and KaLing are both passionate, talented leaders who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to their clients’ outcomes, and to the agency.

"We couldn’t be happier to welcome them to the leadership team to shape the future of Business Management.”

Rounding out changes to its leadership team, CX Lavender has also announced that its longstanding executive creative director Ryan Stubna, who’s been with the agency nearly a decade, has been made partner, joining head of technology Clint Bauer and founder Will Lavender.

CX Lavender’s clients include Westpac, nbn, RAMS, BT, RAA, Amex, Audi, EB Games, GameStop, headspace Australia and Stockland.
