Cummins&Partners CEO and co-founder Chris Jeffares is now splitting his time between the agency and his brother's beer startup Stomping Ground Brewing Co.
"I'm incredibly lucky that I now get to be involved with two of my passions," Jeffares tells AdNews.
"Staying involved in the strategic direction of C&P as a board director and also getting more involved with my brother at Stomping Ground Brewing Co as they continue their incredible growth trajectory.
"And also with my other brother at Two Bays Brewing, which has made really big waves in the gluten free category. Family, beer and creativity is a pretty cool mix."
Cummins&Partners global CEO and co-founder Sean Cummins says Jeffares remains a part of the team with staff and clients both aware he is also involved with the beer startup.
"There's kind of nothing to see here. Chris is still involved as a director and founder of the agency," Cummins tells AdNews.
"He has an interest in his brothers' burgeoning beer business Stomping Ground. So he is dividing time between these interests. All our clients and staff know this and we continue to have him as part of our team."
Earlier this week, Cummins took a jab at competitors for "chasing" his staff. The agencies named declined to comment on Cummins' statements.
