A law enforcement double-act from Seven has won the night for the broadcaster, propelling it to a 34% share for the night.

The Force and Border Security placed at number one and two for the evening, with the only other non-news commercial program in the top 10 Criminal Minds, also in the Seven stable.

Criminal Minds also got a 17% rise on timeshifting, with another 125,000 electing to save the program for another time, making it the most time-shifted program for the night.

However, the ABC performed well with comedy double The Chaser's Media Circus and Sean Micallef's Mad as Hell coming in at number 10 and 13 respectively.

It propelled the national broadcaster to a win over Network Ten for the night, up 18.7% to Ten's 16.7%.

Meanwhile much has been made of the slumping ratings of Wonderland and The Good Wife, but they did rank inside the top five for most timeshifted programs for the evening.

The Good Wife in particular, while drawing in a relatively poor 239,000 up against Criminal Minds, did put on another 50% on timeshifting, taking its consolidated audience up to 359,000.

However on the night, they only pulled in 458,000 and 239,000 respectively in the 8:30pm and 9:30pm timelslots, both down on last week.
