Paul Brooks, the head of supermarket retail media arm Coles 360, has left his role.

Coles said Brooks decided to leave to pursue external opportunities closer to his home in Sydney.

“Paul has been instrumental in building our Coles 360 media business," said the spokesperson.

"Under his leadership, Coles 360 launched comprehensive in-store and digital media campaigns, partnered closely with brands for tailored marketing, and developed more sophisticated retail media measurement capabilities, leading to significant growth and a strong reputation both locally and globally.

"We thank Paul for his significant contributions and wish him well for the future. We will begin the recruitment process for Paul’s role shortly.”

Brooks first joined the business three years ago, having previously worked for three years at Nine Entertainment as director of sales and as Australia and New Zealand CEO of media agency Carat prior to that.

In November of 2024, Coles 360 announced a new agency team led by Chris Scudder, the previous Unpacked by Flybuys head of sales.
