Australian gaming media and marketing consultancy Click Media has formally expanded into the U.S. market with a New York office.
Click has also appointed Dentsu Creative alum Rhonda Walsh as vice president of brand partnerships to lead the company’s U.S. sales team.
Previously, Walsh was vice president of advertising and editorial content at Dentsu Creative and worked with the new business team within the PR, editorial content and influencer marketing services unit. She brings more than 17 years of experience helping brands maximise their ad spend with creative recommendations powered by data-backed insights.
Walsh said: "I am thrilled to join the Click team to unlock the continuous creative possibilities for brands in the gaming space.
“Marketing through gaming is a transformative way to reach consumers. Brands need the expertise and end-to-end support that Click provides to extract the most market value and navigate these opportunities.
"I look forward to working with our incredibly talented team to advance the industry.”
Grace Watkins, co-founder and CEO of Click Media: “We started Click to help creators and brands build value in the gaming industry. Now, five years on, gaming is continuing to experience explosive growth, and so are the avenues we can create for brands to activate within the game universe.
“To that end, Rhonda’s experience and relationships are invaluable as we actively pursue the U.S. market to create innovative campaigns and brand collaborations that effectively reach gaming audiences.”
