Clemenger Melbourne taps M&C Saatchi for head of CRM

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has appointed M&C Saatchi's Catherine Graham as its new head of customer experience.

Graham was formerly director of growth strategies at M&C Saatchi's Melbourne office. Her career has included roles in Australia, the UK and Asia and she has worked with brands such as Volvo, American Express, Telstra, ANZ and Myer.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne MD Paul McMillan said the hire comes as a result of increasing focus on CRM by the agency.

“Catherine joins a rapidly expanding team of CRM professionals here at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne,” McMillan said.

“This is an area of huge growth for our clients and an essential investment in order to maintain our position as a world-class agency.”

Graham said the need for CRM is “at the heart” of all marketing strategies.

“I am looking forward to adding further value to our clients by developing tailored, consistent and creative experiences for them that their customers will love,” Graham said.
