Clemenger Group has launched CUBED, the Group’s first creative consulting internship program offering the next generation first-hand creative consulting experience.

Created in partnership with RMIT University’s School of Design and School of Media and Communication, the program will see three prospective graduates gain hands-on experience with three specialist Clemenger Group companies – Porter Novelli, Redhanded and eg+.

Redhanded managing director, Stuart Shepherd, said: “CUBED is an excellent, new opportunity for the next generation of talented professionals to gain invaluable creative and consulting experience that accelerates their learning beyond the classroom and positions them on the pathway to a successful long-term career.

“The success of our creative and consulting work is highly-dependent on our people, which is why the Group is incredibly excited to welcome three new faces that embody vibrance, curiosity and determination.”

The three-month long paid internship commenced in August and will see graduates gain exposure to a wide range of Clemenger Group’s best creative minds and expert communicators, giving them a well-rounded perspective of the industry prior to completing their tertiary studies.

“Each graduate will play an integral day-to-day role in each agency, adding fresh perspectives for the betterment of our culture, and contributing to a range of client projects across multiple industry sectors,” Mr Shepherd said.

In addition to the three agency rotations, each graduate will benefit from access to the wide range of learning resources delivered by Clemenger Group, BBDO and Omnicom networks – including relevant industry and company events, seminars and training – to support their professional and personal development.
