Clemenger BBDO Melbourne appoints Leigh Arbon as planning director

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has welcomed Leigh Arbon to the agency as planning director.

Arbon joins the agency from TBWA Singapore, where he was most recently responsible for digital experience, platform partnerships and growing the agency’s content capabilities as its head of digital and content.

Prior to his time at TBWA Singapore, Arbon worked for TBWA in both Melbourne and New York, where he was part of the global Nissan United team, leading its global social media activity and helping Nissan’s agencies and clients throughout the world find new and improved ways of working with a focus on digital.

In his new role, Arbon will support the agency’s focus and growth across communications planning and customer experience.

"Leigh brings with him rich and diverse experience across digital, content and customer experience in addition to deep category experience in automotive and financial services," Clemenger BBDO Melbourne head of planning Jacqueline Witts says.

Arbon says he is "lucky" to be joining a "world class" team.
