Cartology's Paul Bates joins Broadsheet Media

Broadsheet has appointed Paul Bates commercial director.  

He joins the publisher from Cartology, the retail media unit of Woolworths, where he was general manager of agency and client partnerships. Before that, he held senior positions at REA, Yahoo7 and Fairfax Media.  

Bates, reporting to managing director Sian Whitaker, will lead the sales, studio, design and audience teams.
