Digital agency Bullseye has undergone a restructure which sees managing director of digital marketing Jason Davey take on the role of managing director, following several client wins including Jeld Wen.

The restructure sees co-founder and executive chairman Jim McKerlie step back into a non-executive role, while co-founder and managing director of technology services Greg Muller has sold off his interests in the company.

With Muller stepping back from his joint managing director role, the company now has two principals in Davey and McKerlie, with Davey taking the more active role in the running of the business. The news comes on the back of several recent business wins, including Jeld Wen, Brambles, NSW National Parks and Lend Lease.

Windows and doors specialist Jeld Wen appointed Bullseye in February to handle digital strategy and rollout. The agency will work alongside Brand Marque, which was appointed as Jeld Wen's creative agency at the same time.

Storage and handling company Brambles appointed the agency to handle digital strategy in February, without a pitch, while property group Lend Lease awarded Bullseye to handle digital projects following a pitch process.

Last year, NSW National Parks appointed Bullseye to several digital projects, including the rollout of a digital road map.
