Australian culture guide Broadsheet Media has made four new appointments to its senior leadership team. The new hires are across product, people and culture, and the commercial team.

Cameron Ross joins the Broadsheet team as its first head of product, while Charlotte Miller joins as people and culture manager.

Simone Crick is promoted to director of operations and Christina Voss to studio and strategy director. All positions will report to the general manager, Sian Whitaker, and are effective immediately.

Ross will lead the Broadsheet product team, which includes product managers, tech leads, designers, and developers, to deliver the implementation and execution of Broadsheet’s product-led growth strategy.

Ross will be responsible for building and leading a versatile product function that works alongside our editorial and commercial teams, to drive retention and growth. He has a wealth of product knowledge and over 18 years of experience, joining Broadsheet from Papercut, where he was the product lead.

Incoming people & culture manager, Miller, most recently worked at the Essendon Football Club, where she was the general manager of the AFLW/VFLW team. Miller will work with the leadership team on the cultural and operational needs of the business, developing a best-practices workplace culture that reflects Broadsheet values.

Broadsheet GM, Whitaker, said, "I am so proud of our incredible leadership team and am thrilled to expand and strengthen it with our new hires.

"I am excited that we have attracted such high-calibre talent with Cameron and Charlotte joining our business. We have experienced significant growth over the past two years and our people continue to be the heart and strength of our business.

"Our priority will always be to foster and develop our talent. Charlotte has wonderful and diverse experience, and I couldn’t think of a stronger leader to steer our people strategy.”

The Broadsheet commercial leadership is also restructured with Crick elevated into the newly created role of director of operations after three years as studio director. Simone's remit will span the business and work closely with Whitaker to set and operationalise the Broadsheet vision.

Voss will step up into a new role and expand her remit and take over the Broadsheet studio responsibility. She will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Broadsheet studio, including the campaign, creative and strategy divisions. Christina will oversee Broadsheet's commercial partners' output and identify new commercial opportunities for the business.

Whitaker said: "I am equally proud of the pathways we have created for our leadership team to evolve their careers. Both Christina and Simone have been with Broadsheet for over five years and are impressive leaders respected in the business and the industry."
