Brisbane L!VE: Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner joins legendary lineup

Lord Mayor of Brisbane Adrian Schrinner will take the stage at AdNews L!VE next month. 

EssenceMediacom CEO ANZ Pippa Berlocher, OMD co-CEO Laura Nice and Dentsu Group CEO client, commercial and media Fiona Johnston will join him in a panel to discuss the Olympic Games 2032.

The session, moderated by Nine’s Michael Stephenson, will unpack opportunities for adland as the sporting event prepares to deliver a $8.1 billion windfall for the state.

Budget Direct chief growth officer Jonathan Kerr, Subway director of marketing Rodica Titeica and Tourism Queensland & Events (TQE) group executive of marketing Kim McConnie will lead the client-side lineup.  

Bank of Queensland chief economist and head of market strategy Peter Munckton, Standard Media Index APAC MD Jane Ractliffe and Trinity P3 GM Lydia Feely will also take the stage to dissect pitch, spend and economic trends.   

AdNews publisher Assia Benmedjdoub said the conference will give industry professionals a headstart on 2025.

The half-day, single-stream conference will take place at the Brisbane Powerhouse Museum from 1pm to 6pm with presentations, panels and networking opportunities.
