Bohemia, part of the M&C Saatchi Group, has appointed Phil Spurden head of performance.
Following the appointment of CEO Paul Hutchinson, Spurden brings vast UK and Australian experience across performance marketing, SEO, eCommerce and data analytics to lead Bohemia’s digital and performance marketing offering.
Spurden joins Bohemia from Apparent where for three years he was director of digital performance and instrumental in developing Apparent’s performance offering. Prior Spurden was digital director at Adrenalin.
Spurden said: “I look forward to helping elevate the great work Bohemia are currently doing for their clients, focusing on our performance capabilities from the breath of services and product evolution.
"I’m particularly excited to continue fostering out of the box thinking by combining human intelligence and artificial intelligence, with effectiveness measurement, actionable data insights and using behavioural science at its core."
