BMF has hired Rogan Gilhespie, formally of Havas Media UK, to the role of data analytics director.

In his new role Gilhespie will oversee the integration and measurement of consumer responses in creative campaigns in order to prove stronger ROI for clients. He will report to executive planning director Simon McCurdden.

He replaces Andy Ford who moved to digital agency Razorfish in July this year. In his previous role at Havas, Gilhespie launched and managed the company’s data planning, digital CRM and analytics teams. He has 19 years experience in building data teams for agencies including TMW and Jaywing. In that time Gilhespie was worked for brands including Hyundai/Kia, Credit Suisse, BSkyB, Unilever, Nissan, Ermirates and Pernod Ricard.

McCrudden said “Having someone of Rogan's ability and expertise joining BMF is fantastic. As strategy evolves and clients seek greater commercial rigour and insight, Rogan will bring immense value to what we are able to deliver for the brands we work with.”

BMF CEO Dominic Stinton added that Gilhespie will be a “key player” in making its digital services more sophisticated and relevant for clients.
