Coles 360 has appointed Bridie Cowell, the former Bega GM of retail marketing & eCommerce, head of partnerships.
She replaces Tom Small who is moving into a chief commercial officer role at Retail Media Works.
Cowell joins Redworks Media, a part of the Coles 360 team working with Coles suppliers.
