Jim Moser, chairman, BBDO Europe, has resigned and is returning to Australia.
"After 29+ years at BBDO, I’m leaving the agency," he announced.
He's not retiring.
"I’m too young and I have too much energy to stop contributing," he says.
"There is so much more I plan and want to do, but not in a large full time corporate role. As much as I have loved these roles for the past few decades, it is time to do something different and to challenge myself again.
"I have a lot of ideas and a few interesting options, but for now, I’ll take some time off and then plot a course for the future."
Moser is a former chair of Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne and was the CEO of Clemenger New Zealand for more than 10 years.
The American also led Clemenger Sydney between 1999 and 2008 as managing director.
