The NSW Government has appointed Bastion Banjo to handle the advertising and communications campaign for COVID-19 with the campaign launching on Sunday April 5.
The campaign asks Australians to stay home this Easter long weekend instead of gathering with family and friends.
It is fronted by healthcare worker Dr. Madeleine Fitzpatrick who stresses the importance of the message to stay at home in order to slow the spread of the virus.
“This is a moment in time that is fundamentally changing the way we live and the lives of so many people in every way," Bastion Banjo managing partner Andrew Varasdi says.
"To have been appointed to help educate and drive behavioural change around how we live with and overcome the challenge of COVID-19 is something that we are extremely proud of and a testament to the capabilities of our people."
