Australian Unity appoints InMoment

Health, wealth and care provider Australian Unity has appointed InMoment to work on its customer experience (CX) initiatives.

Australian Unity  will leverage InMoment's AI-powered integrated CX platform
 
InMoment’s APAC managing director, David Blakers, said the company was honoured to partner with Australian Unity.
