Peppermayo Boutique has appointed The Wired Agency to lead a new social strategy to reach a new, younger and "exclusive" audience.
Having successfully built its online store from the ground up through strategic digital activity, Peppermayo has specifically appointed Wired to implement a tailored social strategy using Snapchat.
“We’re incredibly impressed with what Peppermayo has been able to achieve by being a digitally native brand and can’t wait to explore the potential of a platform like Snapchat,” The Wired Agency managing director Angela Hampton says.
“We see Snapchat as a powerful platform to use for the brand, offering an immersive, full-screen experience for users as they engage with their friends and discover new brands - this was a key selling point for Wired recommending this platform for Peppermayo."
Launching in Australia and the US market in the coming weeks, The Wired Agency will be responsible for executing the entire strategy.
Peppermayo founder and managing director Georgia Wright says the brand chose Wired as its new agency partner for its previous client work with Snapchat.
“Snapchat is something I’ve always been interested in trialling in the advertising space," Wright says.
"When speaking to Wired and seeing some impressive previous client results and hearing more about the key audiences on Snapchat, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to give it a go. Excited to see some strong results from our Snapchat campaigns!”
