Media strategy consultancy and technology business Audience Precision has appointed Jessica Bray to the newly created role of head of media.

During almost six years at Audience Precision, Bray has worked across the business in many capacities including operations, technology development, strategy and media, most recently as senior strategist and media team lead.

She also helped establish Audience Precision’s New York office and has led several campaigns for clients RM Williams, Lyre’s Spirits, Warner Music and L’Occitane, including multiple global campaigns.

In the new role, Bray will be responsible for the media unit in Australia plus managing Audience Precision’s international campaigns with its various offshore teams and partners.

Audience Precision global CEO, Haydon Bray, said: “Our media function has grown strongly this year as new global clients have come on board and existing clients have needed campaigns planned and executed in international markets.

“Jess has demonstrated herself to be a real performer and a natural leader for our media team. In the new role, Jess will become a member of our Leadership team and will be deeply involved in our new business efforts which will become a core focus for Audience Precision during 2023.”

Bray said: “I’m so excited and honoured to take on this new role and continue to grow our media offering on a global scale.

“I have learnt so much during my time with Audience Precision and I am confident in our proprietary technology platform, Precise360, that gives us a unique advantage in the market to improve productivity and reduce media wastage for brands.”

Bray’s promotion follows the appointment of two media manager roles to its expanding team earlier this year, Patrick McGuinn and James Porter, who report to Bray.

Bray’s appointment is effective from January 1.
