ARN has promoted Bec Ellem to group business director for the network’s Melbourne independent agency team.
She started her career at River 949 in Ipswich before moving to Melbourne in 2007. After a long tenure at Nova, where she served as an account director and later as group sales manager, she joined ARN in 2019.
ARN sales director - direct and independent agencies, Brett Sandler, said her experience in the Melbourne market spans 20 years.
"Her strong relationship focus puts us in a great position to drive growth across our Indie Agency Team," he said.
Ellem said this opportunity represents a significant milestone in her career.
"I am eager to embrace the role with enthusiasm, proactivity and dedication," she said.
