Global independent creative agency AnalogFolk has appointed award-winning Naomi Martin as senior copywriter and social lead in its Sydney office.
Martin’s focus will be further building the agency’s creative and strategic capabilities across editorial, branded content, influencers, creation and production.
“I’m really excited to be starting with AnalogFolk, getting stuck into working with some great clients and bringing all the things that I’ve learnt to a savvy team,” Martin says.
Formerly head of content at IPG Mediabrand’s social agency Society Social where she led the content and creative offering, Martin has also worked at Leo Burnett Sydney where she was social director.
Prior to that, she was content director at AMV•BBDO London, one of the UK’s most awarded agencies.
“Building a strong creative department, where everyone has different strengths, styles and personalities that complement one another, doesn’t just happen overnight. But you can tell when it starts to click," AnalogFolk Australia executive creative director Richard Morgan says.
"Naomi’s skills as a content-focused creative brings another level of expertise for us to better serve our clients and marketplace demand. Beyond that, Naomi just gets it. She’s great fun to be around, with an unending source of dry English wit to keep us all firmly in our places.”
The appointment comes off the back of the agency winning Rekorderlig and is the latest in a string of new hires for the Sydney agency.
