Utilities company ActewAGL has signed with Affinity for its full-service marketing remit, following a competitive market process.
The scope covers brand, product strategy, creative and campaign development, customer experience, MarTech and digital.
ActewAGL retail general manager Rachael Turner said the brand has ambitious targets in a sector with many opportunities and complex challenges to navigate.
"It’s great to be working with Affinity who are, even at this early stage, delivering impact. We’re excited about what we’ll achieve together," Turner said.
“From the start of the pitch, Affinity provided a compelling and competitive proposition. The team showed they understood the opportunities to directly influence our commercials."
Affinity CEO Luke Brown said traditional agency structures can often struggle to accelerate business growth.
“That’s why we’re so passionate about being more than just ActewAGL’s ad agency," Brown said.
"We can’t wait to get started unlocking what the future looks like for them."
